God’s kingdom is near.

Where is the king of kings?  Come to us lord and bring us peace.
We are struggling in a world hoping for universal peace. Yet many are looking elsewhere either for entertainment, adventure or for seemingly scientific reason they wonder about life elsewhere than on earth. We may refer to principals pertaining that conditions for life on earth are very rare and possibly unique. For me, what is important is that there is life where we are, and to see what we make of it is really saddening, at the list aberrant. From so much grief affecting others and destruction or pollution of the earth we wash our hands; with all our mistrust we embark in space voyages and send peace messages hoping to find other intelligence to communicate with. It’s a good thing that ridicule never killed anyone. We must find peace with our own environment to be the least credible to address others on the mater. Pretending to be good and just in front of strangers not even existing yet, we forget reality and truth. http://voyager.jpl.nasa.gov/spacecraft/greetings.html

A few years ago, a stock market crash caused banks and pension funds to collapse. Trillions of dollars where lost. A parcel of that money would feed the hungry people of the world for more than a hundred years. Where is our faith, our prayers, our example, our love? Our works must be so absent in front of God. Of course Jesus preached to us how we must separate ourselves from the world. It is so obvious that we must repent.

Scientist will acknowledge Darwin’s theory of evolution, and we may all appreciate it. Bu what is evolution for God? Jesus did instantaneous miracles. Reality is what we know that has a place in time and space. Mankind must evolve accordingly to God’s desire where I believe our heart, soul and spirit are united to approach God by the name of Jesus Christ; that is the reality we must find.

Sunday school is what we really need to survive and progress, but our world is far from perfect and liberty is a word that often brings enslavement to materialistic desires. Everyone is free to study what they wish or to believe what they want, and many do not make the better choice. I am not against philosophies but there are many and the study of them is not accessible to everyone. So we may consider schooling as a luxury for many people, unless it can be free like Sunday school. Mathew 10, 8 freely you have receive, freely give.

The gospel is the truth available for everyone in the developed world and Jesus is infinitely more than Plato’s king philosopher. John 6, 15 Jesus, knowing that they intended to come and make him king by force, withdrew again to a mountain by himself. Christ brings us more than we hope for by remaining with us as our lord and savior.

We must share what we discover to be most profitable to mankind; Christ is our salvation. Luc 10, 17-22
17 The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!” 18 And he said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. 20 nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”
21 In that same hour he rejoiced in the Holy Spirit and said, “I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children; yes, Father, for such was your gracious will. 22 All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, or who the Father is except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.”

The power of God is above all philosophies and is accessible to everyone that believes in Christ.

I know since my young age how eternity is long. I was in a catholic school where a nun was the principal. One day she told us a story how a little bird would pass by the greatest mountain and slightly brush it’s wing against it; eternity is longer than the time it takes for the little bird to wear the mountain. But time has no importance to God.

Scientists have calculated that the universe was created 13.7 billion years ago. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universe

Scientists refute the theory of creation, so does governments and schools. But no one can find anything beyond the Big Bang theory. Again it is a good thing that ridicule does not kill anyone. I do not blame science and I cannot blame anyone in believing in instantaneous miracles like Jesus did. To me it is so obvious. For the sake of an argument we seem to cut short on the scale of time. I believe that what we know is what God wants us to know.

God is the universe and Jesus is God, so Jesus is the universe. The whole bible is impregnated by Christ. Mathew5, 17 New International Version "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. It is not like we should believe that the Old Testament is out of date, what we must retain are the examples pertaining to life under God’s infinite fidelity. The biggest example is submission to God, since Christ resurrection, it is the more obvious that charity is the main example. Sadly centuries have past by and Christians are still holding a cross in one hand and a sword in the other. Reconciliation between people and countries are difficult. Even the laws inside countries are broken. What hope is there in this worldly and egoistical situation but to hope for the grace of the lord?

God presents peace for humanity. He may have influence winning battles but the war he wins is for peace. He wants mankind to love one another that is why he gave his beloved son as an example, a servant that established redemption for all of humanity.

The truth is that redemption leads to resurrection. We recognize truth when we hear it from a living voice. The bible is Gods voice, so it is what is the most vibrant and spiritual on earth when it is read. Obviously it is nothing if we do not take hold of the words written. The importance of the bible resides in the gospel that recalls the coming of God made man that died and was resurrected by the father for the redemption of all mankind. But some passages of the gospel refer to the Old Testament; it is also good to know the old to understand the new, but it is not so necessary: Mathew 9, 17New International Version Neither does people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved."

Also if we are like old men from the Old Testament we must renew ourselves to embrace the grace of the lord. The lord is our example for our greater evolution. We must manifest, proclaim, and vocalize our belief; give example which is summarized in the word charity and the verb to love.

We may hear critics on God from unbelievers saying: How can he exist and permit so much sufferance? But he has given us many means to help ourselves. The simple fact of having the gift of faith is a southing matter.

John 14, 12New Living Translation "I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.

Luke 10, 8-9 “When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is offered to you.  Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.

Luke 10, 17 The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.”

Luke 6, 17-19 17 And he came down with them and stood on a level place, with a great crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem and the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon, 18 who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. And those who were troubled with unclean spirits were cured. 19 And all the crowd sought to touch him, for power came out from him and healed them all.

Mathew 10, 8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy, and cast out demons. Give as freely as you have received!

Mathew 15, 30 New Living Translation A vast crowd brought to him people who were lame, blind, crippled, those who couldn't speak, and many others. They laid them before Jesus, and he healed them all.

Mathew 4, 24 News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed; and he healed them.

1Corinthians 12, 27-31 New Living Translation  27 All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it. 28 Here are some of the parts God has appointed for the church:

first are apostles,
second are prophets,
third are teachers,
then those who do miracles,
those who have the gift of healing,
those who can help others,
those who have the gift of leadership,
those who speak in unknown languages.
29 Are we all apostles? Are we all prophets? Are we all teachers? Do we all have the power to do miracles? 30 Do we all have the gift of healing? Do we all have the ability to speak in unknown languages? Do we all have the ability to interpret unknown languages? Of course not! 31 So you should earnestly desire the most helpful gifts.

But now let me show you a way of life that is best of all.

First, We must repent. The more we learn from the bible, the more we want to ask forgiveness for our sins, and the more we see the glory of God.

May the grace of Jesus Christ be with you!

The Bible

Books are great; reading will bring pleasure to those that appreciate that pass time. Books can be at the same time educative and entertaining. Big or small books with images or not, they all have their own interest. Commercial publicity may introduce us to many books also word to mouth will bring us its reputation; we then look for it, once we found it, we look at its cover, we read it summarily, we look at the price and decide if we buy it or not.

There are books for all tastes, science, history, poetry, fiction, biographies, essays etc. The bible is known as the word of God, it contains many books that are all related. What can be more interesting than the word of God?  I cannot imagine. God’s design is showing the way that man must progress from its fall from grace to redemption; how can a flaw be mended, how faith is given by the all faithful, all as been created to identify God made man, the unique son of God, The Alpha and Omega.

First, creation is recalled, than man’s insouciance for whom means him great good. Man goes on becoming intolerant before constraint. Man survives by recognizing a merciful God and must adjust to recommendations. The fear of God is for the wise, and rules are written down. Finally fear must be replaced by true love.

The Old Testament, all the books of the first part of the bible exists to announce and prepare the arrival of the Lord Jesus-Christ. The bible is God’s link to mankind.

Colossians 12
9 And so, from the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, 10 to lead a life worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. 11 May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, 12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. 13 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. 15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. 17 And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. 19 For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.

We must repent. The more we learn from the bible, the more we want to ask forgiveness for our sins, and the more we see the glory of God.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus-Christ be with everyone.

I believe in God.

It is stimulating to learn, may it be technical information, cultural or social, news, or developing aptitude for different sports. Today it is remarkable what we can achieve. We are now going into other space, we have personal computers, we surf on the internet and our athletes are still breaking records. For many, the lucky ones, life is sweet and beautiful, there is no lack of entertainment, but there is still something missing. Faith in God is what brings security before death. Some may believe in securing life on earth in brotherhood through the development of human rights, but they are helpless when the time comes to leave all they have.

Mankind or men, doesn’t always accept the invisible if it is not what they can hope to control or manage. What is invisible as to be perceived as an eventual conquest or measurable ideal, I believe that is what dictates the atheist in their refusal to believe in God, by so they are free to act as they choose. And they are those who are religious and aware of their weakness and pray God for help. So does God exist?  We can all bend over a microscope and discover what was just before invisible to our human eye. Why are so many people pretentious to believe that we are not so minuscule in the universe, yet known by God? I believe in a universal God that brings hope to all mankind, reaching our hearts to teach us to share with our brothers and sisters for the best life on earth and in heaven.

With all our being, thoughts, emotions, soul, we freely progress in and with Christ toward a greater evolution. Does the devil exist? Yes, Satan is mention throughout the bible and also by Jesus. Jesus himself was tempted by him when fasting in the desert and rejected him. Philosophers or psychologist will say that Satan or demons are just part of our subconscious reacting, but evil has nothing to gain and no power in front of Gods angels.

We must believe in God to be saved, God is merciful. It is astonishing how nowadays some religions are still implicating abusive corporal punishments. We may say that all religions are well intended, but not all are so good. Nothing can compare to Christianity. Some religions seem to be peaceful but are impregnated by extremists and fanatics that wage ware on other religions or are discriminate against women leaving them no freedom or possibility to evolve, even children are not permitted to play; apparently it is all due to miss interpretation of their scriptures. Still nothing compares to the love of God that shared our sufferings with his beloved son Jesus Christ.

There is nothing more sufficient or satisfying than to want and search for universal accord and God answers prayers ask in Jesus name. Sadly the world will disregard what is true love and companionship for life. Harmony is what is essential; all troublesome people hope to rejoice in peace. But everywhere we can recognize a world of selfish and malicious people, so governments are installing laws to protect the innocents, and sometimes governments are themselves corrupt. If only everyone would receive Christ…

God rejects the world and its lust, but, also, loves mercifully everyone that recognizes his son. The sad part of being part of a rejected world is not doing more for ourselves and others because we are all redeemable. No one is better than the other, God may reject some mundane attitudes, but grace is for everyone. I personally may be full of sins or errors, but still I strive to better myself to develop living values. I am so weak, but the best I can do is to pray for others and hope to become a subject of joy for the Lord. Far from an apostle of any meaning I question myself on modern subjects of purpose or influence.

Christ is modernization for all times. But how do we live our Christianity? We learn how by reading the bible but I do not do everything Wright. I am without great value, I can only understand how I must kneel down before the Lord, and may I stay humble before God’s love. The fear of God is wisdom from the old testament, that fear should now be replace by regrets of our sins washed by the blood of the lam of God.

I pray for the help of the Holy Ghost that fortifies our being and I ask forgiveness for my sins in front of Jesus who suffered for me. Jesus is the love of the father who replaces the fear of the just whit the desire to love; redemption is for those that repent. The more we know the more we must act even if I am so little and mundane at that.

Philippians  4:13 New Living Translation For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. I must correct myself and do more for the glory of Jesus Christ my Lord. Every part of the bible gravitates to the blood of Christ that delivers us from our sins; it is necessary to persevere in the best way. I do not believe that God abandons any sinners. Every sick person that comes to Jesus Christ is helped. Jesus is an undeniable pure source, the fact that we recognize him or believe in him, is sufficient to save us.

John 11:25 New Living Translation Jesus told her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying.

John 12:44 New International Version Then Jesus cried out, "Whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. Our true God has always mercy at hand for mankind.

1 John 4:18 International Standard Version There is no fear where love exists. Rather, perfect love banishes fear, for fear involves punishment, and the person who lives in fear has not been perfected in love.

I think about other cultures, other beliefs, I think that anywhere that love dominates in a form of self sacrifice for the benefits of others in genuine charity, that God recognizes people has knowing  Jesus after all; but it must also be pure without insignificant Idols. It is difficult to please God, but so easy when we know Jesus Christ.

The strength of a human will survive death if God accept the heart that he sees. If Satan amuses himself cutting the grass just beneath our feet to make us believe that good cannot survive, we must not rebel but pursue in the best way. We must remember the parable of the weed and not be deserving of the furnace.
It is uneasy to know that sometimes we may deserve the weeds fate but we must look upon Jesus Christ for our redemption.

Acts 15 New Living Translation God knows people’s hearts, and he confirmed that he accepts Gentiles by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as he did to us.

We are all invited to know Jesus Christ. God loves everyone. If our conscious is overwhelmed by our surroundings, like when someone is emerge in complete incomprehension, it is unlikely to condemn such persons if they have a thirst for justice or love for mankind so I believe they may have the fate of a handicap person and have a place with God.

Matthew 5 New International Version Introduction to the Sermon on the Mount

1Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them.3 Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

When we hope but still commit errors, we must pray for the help of the Holy Ghost and persevere. We must read the word because the word will prune us.

John 15, 2-4 New International Version The Vine and the Branches 1“I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. 3 You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. 4 Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. Jesus is love, he is the humanity chosen by the Father for eternity.

I believe in Jesus, now I must try to please him.

The encounter between Jesus and the rich young ruler is something to remember. God will always ask more of us but God loves everyone. The rich young man calls Jesus good, not knowing he is the son of god, he ask Jesus what he must do to inherit eternal life. Mark 10, 18 New International Version "Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good--except God alone. We must understand that no one is perfect; there is only grace to make us perfect. 19 You know the commandments: ‘You shall not murder, you shall not commit adultery, you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, you shall not defraud, honor your father and mother. ” 20 “Teacher,” he declared, “all these I have kept since I was a boy.”21 Jesus looked at him and loved him. “One thing you lack,” he said. “Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”22 At this the man’s face fell. He went away sad, because he had great wealth.23 Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!”24 The disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said again, “Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.”26 The disciples were even more amazed, and said to each other, “Who then can be saved?”27 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”

Jesus knows that the conscious of the rich is limited for what tends to charity and Jesus loves the needy.

Matthew 25,42-45 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

We must admit that acting without consequence in much easier than trying to save everybody.

1 John 3, 17 If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?

Grace is here for everyone.

John 3, 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

It is impossible to be perfect. Only faith in Jesus Christ can help us, where the Father demonstrated that Jesus was perfect by resurrecting him.

Ephesians 2:8 New International Version For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God John 4, 10 Jesus answered her, "If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water."

John 7, 38 New Living Translation Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, 'Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.'"

I cannot follow to the letter the scriptures but I can try and hope. If we do not give away all our belonging we must at least remember others in need and help. Like the Good Samaritan whoever acts as sort pleases Jesus and I think is also recognize by the Father even if he is of a different faith than Christian. Like for the rich young ruler noting is impossible for God.

Romans 13:10 New Living Translation Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God's law.

1 Corinthians 13:3 New American Standard Bible And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing.

The Jews are known for asking for signs to put their belief in something. But a simple primary attraction would gather them around Jesus.

New International Version John 6, 26-27 26 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs I performed but because you ate the loaves and had your fill. 27 Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.”

I believe in God. When I say so, some people ask me which God? The answer is the creator of everything with his greater love for mankind by the realization of his son made flesh. Jesus is the one and only son of God. He’s God’s love in the flesh. Jesus represents mankind as what is pure and just, he was crucified, died and was resurrected by the father. The blood of Jesus Christ washes away all sins of those who believe in him.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

The best way

The best way to reach any goals is through Jesus-Christ. Jesus thought how to go through life apart of the world, and by so to be free of most condemnation and bless by believing in him. Never the less we are all sinners and myself I must carry my part of the world’s burden; so I criticize and I search for different solutions for our surrounding. It is so simple when we put our trust in God. Jesus said do not judge and you will not be judge. I believe that all sins can be pardoned; we must repent of our sins and pray the Holy Ghost to find our better way.

In Quebec the people are becoming more like the gentiles of the bible. Still trying to create a sociable relation with everyone where love and fraternity can flourish, where families can live in peace. Looking at the empty churches it feels like we are putting aside our belief in God as if we can really succeed without him… Really if everyone on the planet would love one another practicing true charity we could wonder what becomes of all that is invisible because we could be in Eden, still something would be missing for all those hoping in an afterlife.

It is well to create a society that is good to live in but there will always be some mishaps, there are those people like you and me that succumb to temptation and those that make a career out of it, they distort all good reasoning and abuse as much as they can may it be for luxury, cupidity, power etc. So we create laws that are of course transgressed. Man as changed very little for thousands of years and probably since its present form.

Charity may be thought but to me all resides in Jesus-Christ. With Christ we can lose our way and find it again like did the prodigal son. The churches in Québec are abandoned and I can only put the blame on our servants the preachers and the hierarchy of the Catholic Church, of course it is hard to obtain recognizance from obstinate people. Like Jesus said: The first will be last; like the Jews that wouldn’t open their heart or the workers that wanted more pay than the others.

If the Pharisees in Mathew 23 where to sever with what tended to the law, our preachers did not ask enough of our laicism. Of course to err is human and I believe that in Quebec the error was to mix religion with politics. Many French speaking people are still looking for better recognition and others are just too overwhelmed with our modern situation to really care or realize the distress of so many others. I am not judging but what once caught my attention was when a well educated preacher had a brief television appearance. He had a way easy to follow and I thought how come we don’t see him more often? And I said to myself they must be studying more for themselves rather than preaching. Of course I did not know all the work he might have been doing nor how it works with television deals…

Mathew 23, 1-12 New International Version

1 Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 2 “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3 So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. 4 They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them. 5 “Everything they do is done for people to see: They make their phylacteriesa wide and the tassels on their garments long; 6 they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues; 7 they love to be greeted with respect in the marketplaces and to be called ‘Rabbi’ by others. 8 “But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have one Teacher, and you are all brothers. 9 And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. 10 Nor are you to be called instructors, for you have one Instructor, the Messiah. 11 The greatest among you will be your servant. 12 For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.

If the Pharisees tie up heavy loads on other people’s shoulders, Christ is charitable with his grace. The best way is showed so we must follow it but a small well intended imitation is all ready good. Facts are that we must remember what is true.

May the grace of Jesus Christ be with you.

Growing up

This is something I first wrote in the French language. It was the week of coming together for different Christian congregations. I am catholic by heritage which means that I follow into my parent’s belief. God bless their souls.

I pray for my church and others without judgment. Although I recognize that the Catholic Church has made errors throughout the ages, it is up to the lord to judge, for he only knows the hearts.

What counts is love, and how can we pretend to have love when we forget others or push them away? Love has no restriction but too often we follow this material world which is really limited.

Volunteering our time and ourselves to help others is what God loves. We all feel good when we do so; where the saying comes:  There is more pleasure in giving than in receiving. Yet we lose ourselves in the face of temptation. I am as much a sinner as anyone, lacking self control and judgment, but the Lord’s word brings warmth to my heart, strengthens my spirit and shows me the way. James 4, 3 when you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. I do not believe that we must be without pleasure; on the contrary we must have a lot and be willing to share it. We may remember how John the Baptist lived; he deprived himself of everything preparing his followers for the coming of the lord. But the lord was the opposite having a lot to share. Mathew 9, 10-13 10 While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew’s house, many tax collectors and sinners came and ate with him and his disciples. 11 When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?”12 On hearing this, Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 13 But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” And Jesus changed water into wine. John 2, 11 What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.

Jesus talk of himself as being the groom, we must understand that he is the system which we must marry and that we must please. It is not a matter of depriving ourselves but more one of remembering others.

The love of God is so tender that we must not be afraid of punishment because the Lord is always near and disposed to help us; all we need to do is to recognize him. Luc 15, 7 I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. Mathew 20, 16 “So the last will be first, and the first will be last.” Whatever pleases God is what should please us. So we must be merciful and rejoice with one another proclaiming Gods word.

The bible mentions the flames of eternal hell where burns what is useless, but I believe that our sovereign really wants our redemption and best try, all is there for different characters of mankind. Some people need a strong hand to show them the way; others need comfort, encouragement or examples, some tenderness, but love and reconciliation is for everyone.

I heard a friend on the radio saying how good it is to receive the lord in our life, we must open our heart to him and let him shine is light on us, which is the enrichment of compassion and love. We must let him grow in us like a grain of mustard. Mathew 13, 31-3231 He told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. 32 Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with everyone!

Sharing

In today’s industrialized world we want to escape for a better life, not realizing that love and sharing is all that we need to do and have. A life of consumption is at hand and well publicized to reach the mass population. Democracies around the world are much alike where we find the rich, the middle class and the poor.

In Quebec a social net is well in place. So now we can say that the government will take care of the poor, putting aside our personal charity. Forgetting the meaning of charity, unions or syndicates grow in popularity where solidarity is now proclaimed.  Politically from the left, the right or the center, winning votes is often a means without scruples. To me, honesty must include justice where a good life must be hopeful for all classes of people.

Governments are formed by people; there humanity may be put to test depending on their responsibilities. But charity remains an individual affair and cannot be automated by someone else. Charity cannot be a question of administration; it is a matter of conscious where each one of us must recognize oneself.

To me charity as no boundaries, it is a matter of personal love and spirituality. We live in a world of consumption and entertainment, where it is very easy to forget those that are in distress close or far away. Our conscious is so much solicited by publicity that all that seems to matter is the next best thing. We must stay alert and understand what we really need for our work or leisure time.

Entertainment can be important, like sports, arts, may it be static, energetic, creative, dreamlike or spectacular. There is a lot of talent to be shared between citizens of the modern world; but we forget our own people, those of the last rank of our society, the sick, and the lonely of different means. So many are abandoned and neglected in this fast paced world where we always look for the finer things; we even forget the existence of orphans.

How can we explain the foolishness of a world so rich that claims to be humanely concern? I remember decades ago in Quebec that we where announcing a leisure society for the future, liberty 55 was greatly publicized where 55 is the age of retirement, true for only a minority. Now retirement is push forward, 67 years old instead of 65. Retirement may be well deserved for some leisure time but there is always a possibility to help others.

The orphans are often those that we forget. We are now able to adopt babies from other countries and I do find it very admirable, but what about those around us, too old or maybe handicapped? Still a minority of people think of adopting.

The children and adults of countries or regions struck by famine count poorly when we are on a ski hill, an ice ring, or in a ball park. Restaurants are everywhere, theaters, we can wine and dine, dance and be merry. But for thousands of years, we where thought to share those riches. Is our world truly modern, what is it about our evolution?

Deuteronomy 24 (New International Version) 19 When you are harvesting in your field and you overlook a sheaf, do not go back to get it. Leave it for the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow, so that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands. 20 When you beat the olives from your trees, do not go over the branches a second time. Leave what remains for the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow. 21 When you harvest the grapes in your vineyard, do not go over the vines again. Leave what remains for the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow. 22 Remember that you were slaves in Egypt. That is why I command you to do this.

Learning, understanding, relating…

We often go trough out life as all is due to us. Going about everything as it comes along and so be it. The young might prove to be excessive or rebellious and the adults respond can be patronizing. Engulf in this world preoccupation and speed up modernization, we may go about our religious belief like everything else as if all is due to us by just going through the motions.

Schooling is obviously a plus for everyone; but nowadays, we are looking more to philosophy for the young, it may result in some understanding of situation but I fear that it is debilitating our love and charity which defines our relation with God.

I believe that we should recognize that we are God’s creation and that we must pursue our better evolution which is to develop our spirit, our hearth with the help of the all mighty. We must put the time to develop our inside to obtain results like we did for the outside with the evolution of science.

Many scholars believe in the theory of evolution, yet accept the Big Bang theory; I find it to be ironic.

Obviously we can only teach what we know, and someone that wants to learn must inform oneself. To know God we must read the book that describes him. God is love and may be found everywhere but the bible is a direct link to God’s handout to mankind. The all mighty as universal love for mankind, a solution that heals the body and the hearth, a strength that comes from within, always a blessing, sometimes resembling the Big Bang showing love where there was none our like moving a giant rock that blocked the flowing for resurrection.

Colossians 2,8 See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces  of this world rather than on Christ.

Christ procured grace for all times, We are for always under the watchful eyes of the father who cares for his creation that suffers and needs his help throughout his preferred son Jesus Christ.

John 12, 44-50 44 Then Jesus cried out, “Whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. 45 The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me. 46 I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.

47 “If anyone hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge that person. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. 48 There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day. 49 For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken. 50 I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say.”
