The work of God

We must keep faith in the truth and look forward to reach a higher state with  trust in God which is forever faithful. Hebrews 6 Today, historical fact may be the premise of our faith but the word remains the truth, so blessed are those that believe without having seen.

Psalm 51, 17          15 O Lord, open my lips,
           That my mouth may declare Your praise.
     16  For You do not delight in sacrifice, otherwise I would give it;
           You are not pleased with burnt offering.
     17The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit;
           A broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.

Isaiah 53, 5  5 But He was pierced through for our transgressions,
           He was crushed for our iniquities;
           The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him,
           And by His scourging we are healed.

Some people have the strength and the health.

Hebrews 5, 12-14 12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you have need again for someone to teach you the elementary principles of the oracles of God, and you have come to need milk and not solid food. 13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness, for he is an infant. 14 But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil.

Galatians 4, 18-20 18 It is fine to be zealous, provided the purpose is good, and to be so always, not just when I am with you. 19 My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you, 20 how I wish I could be with you now and change my tone, because I am perplexed about you!

The little children do not know what is wrong and the gates to heaven are open to them, but it is true that discipline is required, in some, the fear of God is second to ful service by love where Jesus Christ culmunated with is self sacrifice.
Hebrews 6, 1-3
     1 Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of instruction about washings and laying on of hands, and the resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment. 3 And this we will do, if God permits.
God wants us to approach him with the sense of doing good works, some may have an extraordinary gift, but not all have the same.
1 corinthians 7, 7 7 Yet I wish that all men were even as I myself am. However, each man has his own gift from God, one in this manner, and another in that.

Hebrews 6 is an extraordinary chapter where Paul, in some, summarizes how we must strive to be like Christ, where gifts are available by love and faith. In our rich society, lust is commercialise and easily satisfied, so dead deeds are plentiful. But Jesus did come to save the sinners, and that means everyone. What can we do after having read the bible? We must of course acknowledge our better sense which should have been elevated. And what are we worth having faith when we are not studying the word of God? We must utilize the opportunities available to strengthen ourselves. For those that have the internet, their are few languages barriers. What I mean to say is that their is one God that loves us and that we should do our best to improve ourselves.

Hebrews 6, 17-18 17 Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath. 18 God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged.

My opinion by my knowledge, God’s promise is the proliferation of Abraham’s descendants  and eternal life with Jesus Christ; all found in the bible, the oath, maybe love for eternity and God is faithful. The bible tells us of two acts irrevocables: The banishing of Adam and Eve from the garden of Eden because of their unfaithfulness, and the redemption of everyone by Christ because of his faithfulness.
whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.

1 John 2, 1-6 1 My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. 2 He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world. 3 And by this we know that we have come to know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, 5 but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God is perfected. By this we may know that we are in him: 6 whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.
Jesus suffered for the sins of everyone, even those that haven’t heard the word, the fact remains that God knows the heart of everyone.

Laborers in the Vineyard

9 And when those hired about the eleventh hour came, each of them received a denarius. 10 Now when those hired first came, they thought they would receive more, but each of them also received a denarius. 11 And on receiving it they grumbled at the master of the house, 12 saying, ‘These last worked only one hour, and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the day and the scorching heat.’ 13 But he replied to one of them, ‘Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius? 14 Take what belongs to you and go. I choose to give to this last worker as I give to you. 15 Am I not allowed to do what I choose with what belongs to me? Or do you begrudge my generosity?’b 16 So the last will be first, and the first last.”
Fair is fair, and we must also rejoice in the happiness of others.

Luke 13, 25-27  25 When once the master of the house has risen and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, open to us,’ then he will answer you, ‘I do not know where you come from.’ 26 Then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.’ 27 But he will say, ‘I tell you, I do not know where you come from. Depart from me, all you workers of evil!’ More aberrant is Matthew 7, 21-24 21Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.

We must learn to follow the true meaning of the word. Matthew 7, 24 24 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. A force was sometime known to leave Jesus, for example when he healed the bleeding woman. And Jesus would often claim: "your faith has saved you". By the Father’s will, Jesus is always among us. He may be healing by the faith of the sick or by the faith of the healer. Luke 9,49-50 49 John answered, “Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he does not follow with us.50 But Jesus said to him, “Do not stop him, for the one who is not against you is for you.”

Hebrews 4,1-3 1 Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it. 2 For we also have had the good news proclaimed to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because they did not share the faith of those who obeyed.a 3 Now we who have believed enter that rest, just as God has said,
“So I declared on oath in my anger,
‘They shall never enter my rest.’ ”b
And yet his works have been finished since the creation of the world.

Salvation is for everyone, and I believe that some people that haven’t heard the good news are also saved because God knows all hearts.

John 6, 28-29  28 Then they said to him, “What must we do, to be doing the works of God?” 29 Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.”
John 15,12-17  12 “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command you. 15 No longer do I call you servants,a for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. 16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. 17 These things I command you, so that you will love one another.

Galatians 3, 29  29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Galatians 4, 7 7 So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

Bless is our lord Jesus the unique son of God, made man, died and resurrected by the father for the salvation of all humanity.

May the grace of the lord Jesus be with you all.
